Michael Best represented Mauser Packaging Solutions (“Mauser”), a leading global supplier of rigid packaging products and services, in its acquisition of Siena Plastics LLC, a manufacturer of small high-performance containers. The acquisition strengthens Mauser’s portfolio, opening new opportunities to deliver high-quality packaging solutions to their clients.
