Overview
Iqan advises clients on securities and financial services regulation. Clients appreciate Iqan’s commitment to keeping them compliant with the laws governing capital raising, brokerage and investment services, digital assets, crowdfunding, and anti-money laundering.
Iqan delivers key end-products to clients, including offering documents, compliance policies, and financial services and investment agreements, with a view to protecting clients in a heavily regulated space. In addition, Iqan guides clients on general business matters such as reviewing and drafting commercial contracts.
Prior to joining Michael Best, Iqan worked on consumer financial protection and eviction issues at the Consumer Federation of America and Utah Legal Services. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Laura Scott and Chief Judge Robert Shelby.
