What powers my practice
I started my career as a paralegal and realized I wanted to support clients in a more meaningful way. I find the most fulfillment in helping entrepreneurs raise capital and continue building their businesses, and I value being part of each step as they move their vision forward.
Overview
Josh’s practice encompasses full lifecycle representation of startups and growth companies, including formations, commercial contract work, and intellectual property protection, with a particular focus on venture capital finance and M&A transactions.
Prior to law school, Josh gained experience in the industry at an ecommerce company, and also worked in the legal industry as a paralegal.
