My Why
What powers my practice
My path to law began with a fascination for language—not just as communication, but as a system that shapes behavior. While working at a language translation firm, I saw how contractual language actively shapes the world, a realization that inspired me to pursue a legal career. Today, I find fulfillment in advocating for others by transforming complex ideas into language that drives real-world outcomes, guided by the skills of listening, patience, and cross-cultural communication that I first developed living abroad in Korea.

Previously, Paul was an account executive with an international language services firm, where he reviewed and responded to government RFPs, secured contracts, partnered with state agencies to aid refugee families, and led sales and account management initiatives that supported company growth during the COVID-19 pandemic.
