Michael Best advised Hudl, a global leader in providing cloud-based technology connecting video and data for the sports industry, in its recent acquisition of Balltime. Hudl, a Nebraska-based company, provides coaches and athletes with the tools to review game footage and improve team play. Balltime, an Israel-based AI video platform, primarily focuses on volleyball. The integration of Balltime’s technological capabilities will allow Hudl to offer users new features such as detailed in-game metrics and faster video analysis, further helping teams take their game to the next level.

The team was led by Bart Dillashaw and Brett Valentyn with support from Josh Blumenfeld, Dan Borchert, Gayle Bush, Elaina Bailey, Michelle Ebben, Linda Emery, Kam Faines, Brad MacDonald, Mark Lotito, Eric Rumbaugh, Maggie Schiefen, Ashley Smith, and Chelsea Staab.
